As you may know, we are currently engaged in bargaining with The Orchestral Association for a new collective bargaining agreement. Our current agreement expires at midnight on September 16, 2007. Negotiations commenced in May, recessed for the month of August, and will resume in September.  
This website has been created to provide a means of communicating with members of the Orchestra and the public about the current negotiations, as well as to provide background information you might find valuable and interesting.

Message to Orchestra Members:
 
As you can see, there is a password-protected 'Members Only' section of this website which requires a user ID and password to access. The procedure to do this was described in a memo to the orchestra dated May 28 and is repeated here. Your initial sign-in name and password will be your last name and the first letter of your first name, as one word, with the password being the last four digits of your Social Security number. For example, John Jones, SS# 789-65-5432, would have the sign-in name of "jonesj" and the password of "5432" (without quotes, of course). After your first logon, you must designate your own sign-in name and password.
